PRINCIPAL & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Amy Graver is the Principal and Creative Director of Elements, overseeing all projects that come through the studio. She works closely with clients to identify their marketing and design needs and develop effective strategies with her team to meet and exceed their goals. Her design work has been recognized and awarded internationally by leading industry publications such as Print, Package Design Magazine, Communication Arts, HOW Magazine and more.
A fierce proponent of design, Amy is a co-founder and past vice president of the AIGA Connecticut chapter and past president and board member of the Connecticut Art Directors Club. In 2012, her book Best Practices for Graphic Designers, Grids & Page Layouts was published by Rockport Publishers, and she is currently writing her second book, The Package Design Idea Book, which is slated for publication in 2016.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT &
Chelsea Lancaster works on Business Development and Client Services for Elements. As a client-centric, results-oriented project manager, she successfully works to sustain client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities. Chelsea works closely with clients to assess their needs and then develop strategic proposals with the Elements team to identify creative solutions to best meet those goals.
Putting her organization skills to the test, she manages a wide range of communications, from initial client presentation through delivery and execution, as well as advising the creative team through the process, helping them stay on schedule and on target. As the sales and marketing lead, Chelsea identifies and pursues opportunities that challenge and inspire the entire Elements team.
Kathryn Erb works on all aspects of the creative process, from brainstorming to concept development, to executing final designs for clients’ products and services. Designing everything from packaging and identities to websites and online campaigns, Kathryn is a skilled craftsperson with an eye for details. She seeks out inspiration and ideas to deliver compelling, effective solutions for each project that comes through the studio’s doors. Kathryn relishes every aspect of the creative process, always striving for excellence in her designs. Kathryn holds a B.S. in Graphic Design Communication from Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
ACCOUNT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Katie Hammer works on account relations and social media communication for Elements’ clients. Katie’s experience includes past roles in PR / marketing and social media management functions at Nassau BOCES and the United Way of Long Island. Katie graduated from Hofstra University in Long Island, where she received her B.A. in Public Relations. In her free time, Katie loves hiking and photography.
