Elements was recently awarded two American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA!

For over 50 years, Graphic Design USA magazine has annually conducted the American Package Design Awards to recognize the best work in graphic design—with an emphasis on the value graphic design brings to business. This year’s entries topped 2,000 and only a highly selective top 15 percent were recognized with an award. Elements’ winning entries included branding / package design for Cracked Nut Butter and branding for Fleur de Lys Floral.

Cracked Nut Butter is a protein-fortified nut butter spread inspired by dessert flavors such as cookie dough and brownie batter. Cracked Nut Butter approached us to refresh their existing brand, and the result immediately caught the attention of national buyers who previously overlooked the nutritious dessert spread. Since the launch of the new branding / packaging Cracked Nut Butter’s sales have skyrocketed, and we continue to work closely with them today. Fleur de Lys Floral is a high-end floral company New Haven, CT known for its unique arrangements and excellent personal service. We created the brand identity to reflect Fleur de Lys Floral’s French-inspired name and whimsical signature designs.

As Amy Graver, Principal & Creative Director here at Elements put it, “Both of these awards reflect the partnerships we form with our clients. We don’t design to win awards—we solve problems strategically to fill a need or obtain a desired outcome. That being said, it is always special to be recognized by our peers who honored our work, and we are proud to share our client partners with them. It’s because they trusted us that we were able to do our best work.”
